At Case Custom Designs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged, incorrect, or defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

If the item was damaged during shipping, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can file a claim and replace it.
