Case Custom Designs operates an online store specializing in custom handmade textile products, including shirts, bows, headbands, keychains, and custom photo fabric prints. Our products are crafted by hand using high-quality store-bought fabrics and supplies.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.

2. Orders, Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

  • Payment must be made at the time of purchase through our secure checkout system.

  • Taxes and shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Handmade Product Disclaimer

  • Because our items are handmade, slight variations in color, size, pattern, or design may occur. These variations are normal and add to the uniqueness of each product.

  • We strive to represent our products accurately with photos and descriptions. However, due to monitor differences and fabric characteristics, exact color matches cannot be guaranteed.

  • All fabrics and materials used are store-bought, ensuring consistent quality, but the final handcrafted product may reflect minor irregularities typical of artisan goods.

4. Custom Orders

  • Custom or personalized orders require clear instructions and approval before production begins.

  • Once production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded, except in cases of damage or error on our part.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and design details for custom prints or personalization.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Please review our separate Shipping Policy for detailed shipping information, processing times, and delivery estimates.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Please review our Return & Refund Policy for eligibility, process, and conditions.

  • Due to the handmade nature and custom options, some items may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including text, images, logos, designs, and custom prints, are owned by Case Custom Designs or used with permission.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

  • Custom photo fabric prints supplied by customers must not infringe on third-party copyrights or trademarks. Customers represent that they have the rights to submit any images used.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Case Custom Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our products or website.

  • Our liability for any claim relating to products purchased is limited to the purchase price of the item(s).

  • We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of handmade items.
